I was referred to Ramstein Used Cars by a coworker, and they spoke of the exceptional customer service; I can confidently say that it was all true. I was assisted through my first time car buying adventure by Brett Williams. The process of getting insurance, a loan, and finalizing all of the paperwork was made easily digestible and nearly automated as they were there every step of the way with guidance and suggestions. I never once felt like I was pressured into a certain option due to any agenda if it wasn’t for my best interests.
If you don’t have any credit, as in no credit cards or loans on record, effectively meaning you haven’t started your credit, Ramstein Used Cars has an agreement with a credit union for military members. My interest rate was only 8% because of this, instead of would have been an egregious sum.
The dealership has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to military customers, and I would wholeheartedly recommend talking to them instead of getting a beater. I was looking for a car that would last me my career and I hope that I’ve found that. Their warranty services have me covered for my entire tour at Ramstein with bumper to bumper coverage. I elected to upgrade the one year warranty to three years. Peace of mind told me it was worth it.

I walked into this location on a whim, interested in a Dodge Journey I wasn't sure I'd get financed for, but lo and behold, I was approved and the process after that was super easy. My bank wired the money, and the dealership helped with the whole process of clearing customs and providing all necessary documents to get the vehicle registered. They also offer a 12-month warranty and fixed the battery issue before handing over the keys. Super friendly staff and coordination between the Baumholder and Kaiserslautern locations. Thanks Matt!
